Museum Reservations(part 1 of 4)
From august 6, 2021, access to the museums is allowed only with the green pass (eu digital covid certificate).

We inform you that pursuant to DECREE-LAW no. 221 of 24 December 2021, concerning "Extension of the state of national emergency and further measures for the containment of the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic", starting from 10 January 2022, in order to visit museums and other places of culture, it will be necessary to show the REINFORCED GREEN PASS (i.e. the one issued following vaccination or recovery from COVID, also called SUPER GREEN PASS). A surgical mask will continue to be sufficient for access. Children under 12 are excluded from this measure
For persons coming from a foreign country with a health certificate (proof of authorized/equivalent vaccination or recovery from Covid-19) issued by a foreign authority more than six months ago, access to services and activities for which a Super Green Pass is required is allowed, after performing a negative rapid antigenic test (valid for 48 hours) or a molecular test (valid for 72 hours). Rates include tickets, pre-sale fees and online service fees.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT TICKET (NOT VALID FOR VATICAN MUSEUMS AND GUIDED TOURS)
Reduced price tickets (just for European Union citizens) - Not valid for the Vatican Museum
- Between the ages 18 and 25 (the person has to be under the age 25. If the person is 25 or older a full price ticket is required)
People with disabilities and their companion are eligible to a free ticket, providing that they have valid medical documentation of the disability - NO RESERVATION NEEDED.
CANCELLATION POLICY - STATE MUSEUMS - TICKET RESERVATION
NO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR CANCELLATION OF TICKETS IS ALLOWED.
The confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; the museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
As soon as we receive your booking request, your tickets will be booked. Ticket confirmation is subject to museum availability. If availability is
confirmed by the museum, the original voucher will be mailed to the email address you provided, so be sure you insert your email address correctly.
The original voucher is the only recognized document accepted at the museum entrance.
The procedure may take a few hours. In case the order is submitted on Saturday, after 12,00 pm or on Sunday, vouchers will be sent on Monday morning. In case the order is submitted after 6.00 pm (Italy time), the voucher will be sent the morning after, except for Saturday afternoon. In this last case the voucher will be sent on Monday morning anyway.
TuscanyAll is not responsible for eventual changes or cancellations to the programs offered. For the State Museum in Rome, a service charge is added to the price of each ticket purchased online through TuscanyAll. For the Vatican Museums in Rome, a service charge equal to € 8.50 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online through TuscanyAll.
There is a service charge for every further modification of your reservation.
Please note you'll be asked to show an identification document at the museum entrance, especially if you have booked reduced price tickets or free tickets.
